The Golf Club Radio Show® Contest Rules:
Submission of any registration form signifies that you have read and agree
to the official Contest rules.

1. A household can win only once every six months.

2. No employee of The Golf Club Radio Show® Network, it’s
staff and board , Golf Club radio station employees and their
family members, it's participating sponsors, persons living in
their households or family members are eligible to win.

3. Entries must include address, phone number and e-mail address.

4. Prizes are non-redeemable for cash or other items, prize is
accepted as is and is non-transferable, and must be claimed within (30) days.

5. Contestants must be resident of Hawaii with a valid Hawaii Driver’s
license or Military ID and 18 years of age or older.

6. All winners grant The Golf Club Radio Show Network® and it's
sponsors permission to use their names, likeness, portrait, recorded
voice and biographical material for the purpose of station promotion,
press releases, and other publicity activities.

7. The general contest rules are posted on this website and are
subject to change any time without notice.

8. No submissions will be accepted after each Contest deadline for
any reason. The entry deadline, is 6PM HST, on the last day of the
month. Winners will be posted on The Golf Club Radio Show® website.

9. The Golf Club Radio Show® Network is not responsible for lost, late,
incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible entries. All Contest entries become
the property of The Golf Club Radio Show® Network.

10. No fee or purchase is necessary to participate in the Contest.

11. The Golf Club Radio Show®, it’s advertisers and sponsors are not
responsible for use of any prizes or any incidental expenses incurred.
